Huh... how was Mizuchi imprisoned anyway? Was she sealed in some jail cell equivalent? Or was she allowed to roam around like the other vengeful spirits? Well, her outfit suggests the former, I suppose. Like, there are vengeful spirits that kinda stay around Old Hell, and then there are the convicts that are supposed to be locked up?
