Thinking about it... would Reisen's eyes even work on Koishi? My initial assumption was going KKHTA, but we're talking about power over the unconscious mind here. It'd be like staring into the abyss. Those waves aren't gonna hit anything.
And if anything, it is Reisen who might go insane herself when that same abyss stares right back at her.
