I imagine Keine having to make the odango hair buns around her horns on occasions when she unintentionally transforms – sure the villagers know she's good, but doesn't mean the same superstitious folks wouldn't be unnerved by somebody looking like a yōkai.
Hell, maybe it's not Reimu's first time when she bundled up Suika's. Keine has probably asked Reimu to do it for her before.
