Marisa has been feeding off a diet of dubiously-edible mushrooms and herbs. I reckon she'll be quite decadent with a floral aftertaste. And who knows what subtle notes all that exposure to magic would provide?
And as for Reimu, she herself is defined – and may I say marinated – by yōkai extermination. So while a bit on the leaner side with less marbling, to our supernatural guests, it will most certainly come off as quite flavorful and a little bit spicy.
