I guess Parsee has that look in the Jinyō Meikan, but it's pretty possible that people have already been giving her the shirt before then. As for Jo'on, it's basically a given in fanarts, but I can't recall her ever taking off her jacket? 🤨 And the same can be said for Raiko too, I suppose.
