I like to think ever since the Imperishable Night incident, Patchouli has been visiting Eientei, so the situation with her asthma and whatnot might be better now.
Her and Alice, I suppose, given that Marisa brought up those two when talking about magician's body. 🤔 Though I don't think I've ever seen Alice depicted with a weak constitution.
