While it's tempting to assume that Reimu normally just lazes around her shrine all day every day, she does go out on her own accord. She visits Rinnosuke. She visits Kosuzu. In these cases, she really just hangs out. It wouldn't be too far-fetched to assume she lazes around like this with other people too who don't mind – Kōmakan, Eientei, Moriya Shrine, Myōrenji, Shinreibyō, Kishin Castle... and if she feels like flying more distance – Hakugyokurō, Tenkai, Chireiden...
