I was about to imagine which Touhou characters definitely cannot swim. But thinking about how swimming works in Touhou, I suppose given that everybody can fly, everybody can also swim since they can just "fly" underwater? 🤔 Though it's probably a bit too hard to fly through since the space is liquid, not air – not to mention, they have to breathe too.
