If we look at the phrase objectively, an ordinary magician would be just a regular magician. There is no room for distinction whether it's a Human Magician or a Yōkai Magician. She's just a magician. There's no indication that she'll remain a human.
If anything, a regular magician would be a full-fledged magician who has ascended and became a Daemon Prince of Tzeentch.
