On a side note, now that I'm acquainted to what "Lunarian" is in Japanese, I think... "Moon People" might be a viable alternative? Sure, it doesn't sound as graceful as "Lunarian", but "Tsuki no Tami" is that direct. Like "Sea Peoples".
