I do love the idea that the big tongue on her umbrella is a prop. It seems here, the assumption is that the umbrella is her real form, but the other elements are Kogasa's additions. Like, the eye is painted on, and the tongue glued on.
Alright, so the Japanese for "I" (Watashi) has variants. An example would be Cirno referring to herself as "Atai". This "Achiki" here is the same, and historically was used by Edo-period prostitutes. Yeah, that kind of character.
