I suppose it should be pointed out that there are actually two "Kasen" names. The public Kasen that she styles herself with these days as Ibarakasen is "Flower Xian" – while the real Kasen name when referring to her as Ibaraki Kasen is "Flower Fan".
Same pronunciation, different latter character.
