Yeah... I think it makes sense. That there would be supernatural equivalents to diseases. That the girls do get sick and shit after catching a disease that affects them. That they do get hangovers and shit after drinking too much. That do have the runs and shit after eating a Florida Man.
Eirin probably works around the clock just to keep up with the health issues of Tewi's rabbits alone. And there are other clinics (or possibly hospitals) out there.
