I really like exploring the idea of maintaining Meiling's sheer seniority over Sakuya by figuring out why she would call her Sakuya-san. 🤔 The first idea I found is that Meiling was the original chief maid before Sakuya, and since a gate guard is needed, Meiling was reassigned there – and since it's technically a demotion in terms of hierarchy, she uses the suffix to refer to Sakuya.
Now, I'm just assuming that "Qomolangma (Mt. Everest)" here means pile high up like a mountain since this is clearly a ramen order reference, but I couldn't find any reference to the term – only a ramen restaurant using the name.
