Dammit, Suikakasen blinded me to this. It never crossed my mind that Miyako no Yoshika would also quite possibly be male in Touhou, and also became female because of Seiga. π€ Actually, for all we know, Miyako no Yoshika might only be just a big part β not the whole β of "Miyako Yoshika". Girl probably has a lot of people stitched on her. πππ
And I have no goddamn clue what kanji above the "Tao" on Miko's section is supposed to be.
