I do wonder how Japanese mythology treats darkness. 🤔 I mean, strictly from the purity standpoint, I don't think there's anything dirty about darkness? It is as pure as, well, light. So Lunarians "using the power of darkness" is just as plausible as casting fire or some other magics.
